Harrison,
Today is Mom Mom’s wedding. I know that if you were here, you’d insist on giving her away. I struggle with finding some meaningful way to make you a part of the day. I wandered through your room looking for something to call out to me and say, “Hey, take this with you.” What I found though, is that the longer you are gone, the less meaning tangible items have. I want YOU here, not just a hat you wore or a trinket you carried. So, today I will carry you in my heart as always and bring you there in spirit.
I love you,
Mom
